Shop Policy

We’re grateful for your support. Our minimum order value is USD $1,000.

Payment Notification

There are two payment methods available for now. Once selected, the payment method could not be changed.

  1. Paypal: You can use your PayPal account or credit card PayPal payment.
  2. Bank Transfer: Please email us upon completion of the transfer. It will normally take 2-3 business days for transfer confirmation by the bank.

Please note, that there will be charges levied by the bank. You will have to add up the transfer fee for $30 USD while transferring.

The shipment will be arranged immediately after receipt of confirmation of funds transfer.

Shipping Policy

  1. EMS is used to ship your product. If the product contains a battery, DHL/SF will be used.
  2. Delivery time may be 5-15 days, depending on the destination and the customs process time.

Return Policy

If the received item(s) is not fit to your request or defects on the item, please contact us in seven days after you received the item. 

Please note, we will only cover re-delivery fees for our mistakes or unqualified items. We will charge an extra fee for your new request.
